Misleading, uncomfortable, and not worth the money This spa advertises one thing and delivers another. The services and pricing promoted online are misleading, and once you’re inside, there’s heavy pressure to sign up for outrageously overpriced membership packages that were never clearly disclosed upfront. What made the experience worse was the unprofessional and discriminatory treatment. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming, and certain comments and behaviors came across as biased and inappropriate. A spa should be a place to relax — not somewhere you feel judged or pressured. Overall, this felt less like a wellness experience and more like a sales trap built on false advertising. I would strongly caution others to read the fine print carefully and think twice before booking.

Had the special facial with Vanessa. It was wonderful! She analyzed my skin’s needs and really “brought it”. All the usual comforts of a facial but with some additions (Hydrofacial, red-light therapy )…it was innovative and my skin looks and feels youthful ( which is exactly what i was hoping for)! Well worth it! Also love the Convenient hours… not to mention the classy decor and furnishings which made for a very good impression. 2 thumbs up!

Michelle is wonderful. So knowledgeable about treating and taking care of the skin!!! I have had micro-needling done before and the way Michelle did this, I felt little to no pain at all. She walked me through it step by step. I felt so comfortable. The whole staff is wonderful!!!

Disappointing and Misleading Experience I booked an appointment at Beyond Beauty after seeing an Instagram ad for a $99 Lift and Sculpt Facial Treatment. Unfortunately, this service was never provided. Instead, I was given a basic hydrafacial without explanation or consent. This was my first visit to this spa, and I specifically chose this special because my regular aesthetician is on maternity leave. The facial itself was very underwhelming. At one point, the aesthetician used the hydra wand completely dry on the right side of my face. The next day, I had two large dry patches that eventually peeled due to how dry and irritated my skin became. After the treatment, the owner came in for what was described as a “skin consultation,” but it quickly turned into an uncomfortable sales pitch. Before anything else, he asked me to pull up Google Reviews and encouraged me to leave a positive review, then immediately tried to sell me a skin package. This felt inappropriate and unprofessional. When I went to the front desk to pay, I was asked if I wanted to tip before being billed. I have never experienced this at a spa. My regular aesthetician has always emphasized that tipping is optional and never requested in advance. This made the entire experience feel transactional and uncomfortable. Overall, the experience felt misleading and scammy. I will not be returning and will happily wait for my trusted aesthetician to return from maternity leave instead.

I got a chemical peel here and I enjoyed it. Michelle explained every step and made sure I was comfortable. Minimal irritation and I could see smoother, brighter skin soon. Highly recommend!

I visited this place for the first time, and it was an excellent experience. The place is beautiful, and everyone was very welcoming. Vanessa was professional and knowledgeable. They provided great recommendations for future treatments, along with different plans to consider. I will consider becoming a member at another time.

The spot itself was bright clean and very relaxing. Emily did my facial and she was wonderful. Very sweet and knowledgeable of the treatment that I had. Highly recommend her and spa. I will definitely be back.

Absolute amazing from beginning to end. From the sweetest receptionist to the most amazing esthetician (Maria) the entire experience was comfortable relaxing as well as informative. Will be recommending. Their professionalism is outstanding. As well as the gentleman I spoke with after my treatment regarding other services they provide. Total side note as medical professionals there are things that catch my eye from entrance. I will say the cleanliness and organization of the facility was outstanding and immaculate. I personally take a huge interest in the cleanliness ….as it is obvious they do too. Thank you and will be returning next month ❤️
